Paul is a Partner and Executive Director of UBN Professional Services. His enjoys providing strategic resourcing solutions across the technology sector including Defence and Aerospace.

With more than 35 years’ experience in leadership roles, including 17 years with the Royal Australian Navy, Paul has unique experience in complex programme and project management including cyber security operations. He also has engineering experience in electronic communications including satellite communications domains.

Paul is an active member of the Project Management community and has held a CPPD (Certified Practicing Program Director) accreditation since 2006 with the Australian Institute of Project Management. His formal qualifications include A Masters of Science – Information Technology, a Graduate Diploma in Information Technology (software), A Graduate Diploma in Engineering Control Systems, An Advanced Diploma of Project Management, a Advanced Diploma of Business Management, a Diploma in Government Contract Management a Diploma in Management and Leadership, and a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering in electronics and communications and is an ITIL Master.

Paul enjoys deep sea and heavy tackle offshore fishing, the occasional single malt scotch, repairing Pinball machines and building his own electronics and loudspeakers.

Anthony is a Partner and Executive Director of UBN Professional Services. Anthony leads the Defence advisory practice. His priorities are to strengthen Australia’s sovereign capabilities and to unlock the value of emerging technologies in support of Defence’s mission.

With three decades of experience in leadership roles, including 21 years with the Royal Australian Navy where he was awarded the Conspicuous Service Medal for outstanding service in support of operational capability, Anthony brings a wealth of experience across IS, communications, C4ISREW and complex program management domains.

Anthony holds a CPPD (Certified Practicing Program Director) accreditation with the Australian Institute of Project Management, A Graduate Certificate of Systems Development, a Certificate IV in Competitive Systems and Practices, a Diploma in Electronic Engineering, and Associate Diploma in Engineering Communications Systems Maintenance, A Diploma of Business Management and a Diploma of Project Management.

Anthony enjoys Italian sports cars, is a master wood-fired pizza chef and is most relaxed by the sea.
